The Challenge

XIOLINK – a fully-managed IT solutions provider based in St. Louis, Missouri, challenged Geile/Leon to launch a brand campaign targeting the c-level audience of rapidly growing, mid-market enterprises experiencing/anticipating IT pain (server space, efficiencies, staffing needs, knowledge, etc.).

The Solution

In order to build strong brand recognition and get to the heart of growing companies’ IT pain points, Geile/Leon focused creative on exposing common situations the target can relate to: growing data with no room to store it, too much monotonous work and not enough strategic thinking, and expanding IT needs with not enough manpower to mange them.

The concept challenges companies to “FREE IT” from these tasks so they can focus on strategic thinking that helps the business’ bottom line.

Geile/Leon designed one print ad to start, which grew into additional print and digital executions.

After the launch of FREE IT in 2011, XIOLINK has achieved strong client growth, helping some of the areas largest and fastest-growing companies.

The Result

The FREE IT campaign’s exposure in local business publications as well as at IT trade shows has increased XIOLINK’s brand recognition and demonstrated the company’s forward thinking business approach in an ever-changing industry.
