The Challenge

Metro Imaging – the only outpatient imaging center that focuses on patient peace of mind by offering on-site results challenged Geile/Leon to develop a new broadcast campaign that will continue to increase patient volume, as well as empower patients to take action and compare the quality and price of imagining services so they can make more informed decisions.

The Solution

In order to continue evolving with the healthcare marketplace, Metro Imaging needed to develop a campaign that spoke directly to the current challenges and expectations of the patient.

Geile/Leon grew the existing “Call & Compare” campaign to focus on four distinct and influential messages that patients should consider: cost, on-site results, quality assurance and the understanding that they have a choice in diagnostic imaging services. Geile/Leon developed four :30 TV spots and supporting paid online media.

The Result

As anticipated, the 2013 “Call & Compare” campaign increased the volume of inquiries and patients and the distinct messaging is resonating with the target audience. Patients continue to feel empowered to make more informed decisions and rely on Metro Imaging as a resource for services and healthcare insight.
