Metro Imaging, an independently owned diagnostic imaging provider, challenged Geile/Leon to develop a new, relevant, integrated marketing communications campaign that will continue to increase patient volume as well as promote Metro as providing true transparency in all facets of healthcare.
Metro Imaging, unlike others including hospitals, provides upfront pricing delivery through an online tool, “See Your Exam Cost,” that allows anyone to tabulate their costs prior to their visit – this is unheard of in the health care industry. Geile/Leon developed The Clear Choice campaign that focuses on Metro’s new online pricing tool as well as Metro’s ability to provide patient peace of mind through on-site results. In addition, Metro provides 3D imaging for all women and won’t charge extra if their insurance only covers 2D. Geile/Leon developed four :30 TV spots as well as a comprehensive programmatic digital campaign.
The Clear Choice campaign was just launched in early 2016 but the campaign has increased both the volume of inquiries and patients as well as generating awareness and participation of the new online tool. The campaign has received substantial coverage and participation with over 2.6 million impressions served.
