Geile/Leon created the “Guiding You to Better” campaign to convey the accessibility and guidance that HRHS offers patients and its commitment to the long-term healthcare needs of the community. Through our own research and third-party studies, it is a well-known fact that word-of-mouth is a primary influencer on how consumers select physicians and hospitals. G/L used the compelling stories of patients who had experienced first-hand how HRHS guided them to better to bring the brand to life.
Campaigns are being developed to promote various service lines. An example is the “My Heart Was In The Right Place” campaign to help patients in need of Cardiology care. TV, radio, outdoor and print media was used to extoll the excellent care offered by HRHS. Cardio-related treatments increased an average of 18% during the same six-month window of the previous year.
