For any program or campaign to be successful, an understanding of the consumer is paramount. Not just the obvious - age, income, zipcode, etc.... That makes for great media plans, but we need to go deeper. How does the consumer relate to your brand, if at all? How do they relate to the competitors brand? How much do they like you and believe in what your brand delivers as well as your competitors. What pains them? What motivates them? Etc... Our grassroots research methodology allows us to talk to consumers intimately about their relationship with your brand and its relevance to their life.
